No, that's just running speedtest.net here at my home in northern
Saitama. The speedtest screen says NTT E Tokyo. The weird thing is that
I get considerably higher upload speeds than down here. Why should that
be?
I also have a Wireguard VPN on a DigitalOcean droplet in northern
California. I take about a 15% to 20% speed hit with that. But the UofC
VPN gives me a speed of about 30 Mbps, and is not at all stable.
