Further digging did not prove me wrong (IMO), after I read their
financial reports. (only made public until end of 2017)

Salaries are average 4000~ GBP/monthly. And above 10K GBP/month
for some (6~7 people). Which is, again, kinda okay. Unless they
ask people to do unpaid work.

Well, sorry for too much whining from me. Just wanted to share
my opinion, and wanted to publicly object to an unpaid work
request.
