Thanks! At the moment, I'm just living with it semi-working. I have
to manually start it after each boot, and Japanese only works in a
couple of places, the easiest access is via [Alt]+[F2] - which is a
really weird way to input text, but I can then copy-paste it over to
e-mail, etc.
