I've used it and i didnt see much advantage to it, than to what
i ususally do in perl or C. From the complexity point of view
it was about the same, with a little bit more help from the language,
but not significantly much.

I didnt say Tcl is primitive. I'd say that it wasnt very expressive.
And writing Tcl can become awkward and clumsy for some problems
that can be easily solved in most languages i know.
