You need to learn how to figure many of these little mysteries 
out for yourself. Google is your friend for this kind of thing. 
Here are a couple of searches to illustrate how to use Google 
to figure out what you do not know.

   http://www.google.com/search?q=wireless+router+ap

Of course this applies only if you were not able to find the 
answer in the manual.
