I'd like to suggest that either we have real rules with real teeth in them (banned after, say, second offense, no whining allowed), or just stop making a fuss about such things altogether. At some point, perhaps, we need to face the reality that this quixotic fight to retain the netiquette of the 80s is a losing battle. Dave
