There is a three-strikes rule, actually. I think it is a good thing
that I've only had to issue one formal strike in the last couple of
years. People seem quite willing to comply with our policies once
someone points them out.

I don't think the netiquette struggle is quixotic, as TLUG is much
easier on the eyes than other technical mailing lists I read. I think
that our occasional reminders to new members have worked, and that we
should just keep that approach up.
