Actually, come to think of it, I've never done a svn commit, and it's
probably been 10 years since I actually typed "cvs commit".  :-)

This was a minor point though; the big thing is that with RCS, git,
and darcs the repo is the workspace, which is much better for
"one-off" work like personal configs.
