[tlug] Games

Hi,

I know everybody is "serious" here, discussing about perl,
or samba vs NFS, or ext3 vs reiserfs, or better between
<troll>kde vs gnome</troll>, but I would like to know if
sometimes some of you play some games on Linux.
When I say games, I mean "W$ games", as your friends are
probably running a Win[something] OS.

As an example, I bought all Loki games, and was hoping all
Linux users would do the same.
Apparently, as it failed completely, Linux users *DO NOT
WANT TO PAY* for any software, including commercials...

I am now trying transgaming (which I still need to pay,
and I have no problem with that), and I play nice
Diablo II or Warcraft III games.

My questions (poll, if you have 5 minutes) are:
1) Do you play computer games?
2) Which OS(s)/Console(s) do you use to play computer games?
3) Do you play W$ games with your Linux system?
4) Do you play only GPL games on your Linux system?
5) Do you have a dual boot for playing some games?
4) Do you agree to pay for games for your Linux box?
5) If you knew about Loki, how many games did you buy?
(-1 = you did not know about Loki)
6) Do you have transgaming version of Wine?
7) If 6 is yes, does it work?
7) Other remarks, questions...
8) More????

I think it is a bad idea (for YOU!) to answer to the list
(this is just a poll).
I suggest that you send the answers only to me, then I will
prepare a "kind of digest" for the webmaster (or even a web
page, if needed).

Thx,

br.

PS. Perl sucks & Diablo II rocks, especially after midnight :-)
PPS. And <new troll>perl sucks anyway, java rocks</new troll>

PPPS ;-)
