No, that's why it gives lawyers an infinite excuse to drink beer while
discussing it.  The only way for a copyright to disappear that is
mentioned in the law is expiration.  So until somebody actually
challenges a dedication in court and actually gets a ruling, or the
law is changed, it has the same status as Schroedinger's Cat.
