Uhm.. you should maybe read up on the term "published". If something has been presented, then it is "published". Proceedings of presentations are an additional form of "publishing" in order to ensure that people can read up on the details, related work and can cite you. But for all that matter, either giving a presentation or writing a paper is enough for something to be published.
