Exactly. If you have any other responsibilities, then the spammers and 
virus writers have the upper hand.

I have made some inquiries and am waiting.

Zimbra told me that a company called Sumitomo will be the Zimbra 
provider partner for Japan, but they will not start offering the service 
until early next year. I am waiting for a reply from Sumitomo. I will 
update this thread when I know more.
