I would think that the plastic and steel bits wouldn't be a problem. If small pieces of plastic in the form of ordinary packaging and metal in the form of empty cans of food are okay, then the same substances that were in another form ought to be okay. Back to the circuit board though - is there a way of legally and cheaply disposing of broken up bits of circuit board?
