Thanks, it didn't work with pdflatex, but that could be because my
latex installation was busted. I reinstalled tetex and found the
following website:

http://www-alg.ist.hokudai.ac.jp/~jan/japfonts.html

And after the reinstallation it worked fine. The fonts look much
better:

http://www.mocm.de/2042-2058.ps
