Plain Text Programs for Windows (Re: [tlug] Love Gone Bad: HTML inEmail)

Since most email programs render HTML, that leaves many people 
vulnerable to attack when viewing HTML email. Of course, using 
plain text email programs would greatly reduce the vulnerability 
to malicious email. What GUI plain text email programs 
(preferably open-source) are there for Windows? 

I tried Sylpheed a few years ago on a customer's Windows box, 
but it did not work. Hopefully it has improved:
