[tlug] [OT] who can repair a tape drive?

sorry for the slightly off-topic posting, but 
I have a Compaq DLT-8000 tape drive that needs
repairs.

since the Compaq web site has no useful information,
I am looking for a place to send the drive to 
be repaired.

does anyone have any experience with them:

or better, can anyone recommend a repair 
shop in the Kanto area? (that link says that
they are based in Hiroshima...)
