I did search ALC before posting here, the result there did not make me
happy so I posted here.

ALC by far has the biggest memory translation for English and Japanese.
I really hope that the can make a small tools helping translator
working with word processors like LibreOffice
or just providing a suggestions for translation in the manner of web
services; of course, they can charge for that.
