[Lingo] Job title translation

Hello. I've been wondering how to describe my job in Japanese. I tell 
English speakers that i'm a "system administrator and programmer". How 
would that be said in Japanese? I know プログラマー is understandable as 
a borrowed word, but i don't know a translation for "system 
administrator".
