JPNIC requires 20,000 yen for one *.jp domain at the registration.
They don't need annual fee for that domain name.  The registered
domain should be connected in one year from registration.

OR.JP domain is for non-profit leagal entities.  I think TLUG can get
only *.GR.JP in Japan, according to JPNIC domain name rules.
For the registration, president and vice president of the group are
required to submit registration form with their seals on it and seal
certifications ($B0u4U>HL@(B).

Probably we can easily get a domain name.  It might be very hard to
find who can host that domain. :p
