tlug: TurboLinux 1.2 USA released

You can now FTP install TurboLinux 1.2 USA from:

ftp.turbolinux.com:/pub/turbolinux

which is a symlink to /pub/turbolinux-1.2

Note - due to the fact that ftp.turbolinux.com is in the USA, and due to
the fact that it's completely free, I'm not going to 100% guarantee that
the FTP install will work.  I'll bring some one-offs of 1.2 USA to the
Nomikai and give them to Craig, and he can put them in the TLUG library.
