I just had a look at the TurboLinux homepage.  A statement
that, say, startled me somewhat is

  Hardware Support - TurboLinux supports just about every
  single piece of hardware that is sold for Intel PCs today. 
  If you have a question about a specific piece of hardware,
  email sstone@example.com and ask about it.

That's a rather bold claim and surely would make TurboLinux
the most attractive distribution, but I am a bit unsure
whether you can stand up to it.  For example, there are
quite a number of graphic accelerators that are not properly
supported by XFree86.  Do you mean by support ``you have to
run a 1152x900 true colour display in 640x400 plain VGA mode
with 16 colours'' or do you *really* support this kind of
hardware?
