Interesting idea.  O'Reilly does occasionally drop a couple dozen old
books into HumbleBundle at firesale prices, so they might be willing.

I'll look,  I don't know how close to the printed version it would be
though.

Not much that I can tell, although I retired from the university
shortly after ChatGPT 3, and was out of governance before the
transformer-based chatbots went public.  Certainly there's not a lot
about it in the news.  My wife is a big consumer of the noon wide
shows and the evening analysis shows, which I watch with one eye, and
I also scan the headlines via email newsletter from Nikkei.  So I may
be missing something.  On the other hand, lots of use of related tech,
from robot vision to coding LLMs, is visible in ads and wide shows,
but not a lot of compliance or governance yet.  I think they're
trusting the corporations not to be too rapacious, as they usually do.
