[tlug] CJK Input Methods

I don't know if my way of answering is correct. If not don't shoot me. 

My machine runs Linux Mint, 21.3 Cinnamon, Edge.

I am using fctix-Mozc since a few years and got it up and running pretty quickly.

Whenever I start my PC the writing mode is English, independent on what I used before shutting down my machine.

In Linux Mint the set-up can be made in the GUI, in Ubuntu I don't know.

If you want my settings, please let me know.
