Probably this person.  Probably as much self directed as marketing 
directed.  Especially since sales, marketing, finance, project 
management, and project completion are all the same person until I fill 
all of those titles with other bodies, with the money source's agreement 
and approval.

I've got to admit that the thought of someone actually WANTING to 
monitor Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Yahoo Groups, Google Groups, 
Reddit, etc., etc., etc. all day every day is frightening.
