[tlug] OT: Part-Timers Sought

I am assisting a foreign forensic accounting and corporate 
investigations company to set up operations in Wa, centered on Edo.  
They have requested that I search for:

An "excellent" web designer to build the J-go face that will be 
presented to the local business community (e.g. must have no previous 
experience with sites for small-child eikaiwa, any operation requiring a 
DJ, or sites that have included anime, manga, or Kitty-chan)

They also seek a part-time "social media expert" which is a job I know 
nothing about.  Guidance will be accepted.

As at this writing, compensation, hours, and duties are still "fluid".  
However, if anyone wishes to offer services, suggestions, or 
condolences, please contact me off list.
