RHEL6 which was released in 2010 has Anthy, but RHEL7 (released 2014)
has kkc instead.  The RHEL versions are supported for 10 years, so 
for the next 7 years atleast issues in kkc are beeing looked at.
As long as an upstream exists, fixes are also brought upstream.
The default input system on RHEL is ibus.
