Yes, I made an rpm for fcitx-anthy, which got into EPEL, some time ago.  As
you note, I just made the one for fcitx-kkc.

Their default is still ibus, though.  And ibus-kkc is in RHEL7.

Ah, that's an obsolete url, the old roadrunner home pages were discontinued
some time ago.   It's now http://srobb.net/jpninpt.html
