Fair point. Always a possibility when traveling. Naturally I keep the 
USB backup stick in the backpack along with said laptop... ;) Hello, Murphy.

The dream is once set up the system is so stable I only need login to 
wordpress as admin user... (huge variable Factor X: me bungling around 
as root...)
