StackOverflow have created a site to help patent officers, by showing
them prior art:

That blog post nicely answers the question I'm sure we've all screamed
at some point: "How on earth did they get a patent for this?" The answer
turns out to be 22.5.

Browsing it a bit, it also appears to be a good place to go with Q&A
about patents.
