Thinkpad T510 4core, the big battery pack, 3.0hours when having much load on the system caused by interacting KVM machines. My notes on settings for power saving: http://fluxcoil.net/doku.php/hardwarerelated/thinkpad_energysaving Running 'powertop' and activating everything will have similiar effects. Christian
