The closest I've come to using Tcl is with the F5 Load balancers I run
which use it as an embedded language (iRules) to manage traffic.


Thanks; that's an interesting list! I remember writing something in Tcl/Tk once. Don't remember where that source code is anymore...

And according to Wikipedia, the last stable release came out last month... Definitely a surprise.

Wonder if anyone uses "logo" anymore. Oh, never mind...just found a Debian package [ucblogo] for it...
