I don't have a dog in the "language war" fight, but you're comparing
apples to orange things there. The first three things are frameworks,
the last one isn't.

The right comparison would be something like RoR vs Yii or RoR vs
CakePHP. I wouldn't have thought you'd find an enormous difference
there in either direction, but YMMV.
