If you go down to Akihabara there are places with bins full of old
notebook keyboards. You might be able to find an English notebook
keyboard floating around in there, or on Yahoo Auctions. Something

Otherwise you'd have to contact the manufacturer and find out if they
make an English keyboard for your model.
