Now, I just tried it with F10.  I see what you mean, but at the bottom,
there is a bar saying sesions, and the current WM showing, e.g.,
fluxbox.  If I click on that, I'm offered other available window
managers.  It's quite easy to miss, and I seem to remember people
overlooking it completely, but it is there.
