BTW, you're wrong about JWZ: he doesn't take off when the going gets
hard.  He has no fear of work.  As one symptom, he and Richard
Mlynarik are the best bug reporters I've ever met, and IMHO reporting
bugs well is a lot harder than fixing a well-reported bug.

JWZ stops when the money does, that's all.  A mercenary.
