Mate, I am an XEmacs user, but I find Vim useful in some situations,
mainly editing config files or doing quick edits on remote machines
where sshfs or X forwarding is not an option. I don't need to be as
efficient in Vim as Emacs, because I don't use the former to write
code. But that does not stop me from wanting to pick up little tips on
how to use Vim more efficiently.

I can see how a Vim user would have no use for [X]Emacs, of course,
but most [X]Emacs users use Vim at least occasionally. Hence the
Rosetta Stone wiki.
