[tlug] recommendations for new CMS?

Hi everybody,

I'm working on rebuilding my website but I'm thinking of maybe migrating 
off of joomla and onto something else. I like the php/mysql backend setup, 
but I am kind of sick of joomla and was wondering what people are using 
these days for their CMS. I'd like to have the following functions on the 
site:

easy uploading of content including images to registered users
threaded message board
anonymous comment posting on articles
realtime chat room(?)
maybe a password protected php based photo gallery (pics for the family)

Any recommendations? Thanks in advance..
