hehe, quite an obvious solution - I should have come to it myself :) 
Unfortunately, it did not help either. After boot, there was no saa*
module loaded automaticaly. If I load saa7114 manualy, I get the same
behaviour e.g. xawtv complains about videodevice. 

I will try to investigate the issue further and let you know in a few
days :)
