The ones that break my balls are my inability to (a) convince FireFox/
Mac OS X to use anything but Acrobat to display PDFs, and (b) use
non-Apps (eg gnuclient or xpdf).

The documentation available to users really sucks.  "Oh, don't bother
your little pinhead about that, it really isn't important to know."
