To digress a bit, why don`t we consider adding the mailing list content to google groups? This might prevent the whole cycle of closing and opening the archives from occuring again in the future, and having to deal with the legacy issue again. If you like to see an example of how well Google group works with mailing lists, visit comp.os.plan9 on google groups. Google even provides statistics for folks that like stats. We might find Stephen Turnbull as the highest ranked person with 11,270 posts. ;-) Well, perhaps his number of posts isn`t quite that high yet. Anyway, just a thought. --vic
