Well excuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuse me!!

First, I don't appreciate being called names.

Second, I consider Scott Stone a friend of mine.

Third, I believed that since Scott felt it was on-topic enough for this list
to go ahead and post my jokes to it, that therefore not only would it be
on-topic for this list for me to inform you all of the book's completion, but
I thought you might even be looking forward to that news. I guess I was wrong.

Fourth, I apologize if I offended anyone, but is it REALLY that unforgiveable?

Fifth, how does my one little harmless email really upset the start of your
whole week?
