Yes. Case in point, the job Darren Grzabowski (who mans the abuse desk at Verio) is doing right now. Verio is now pretty clean. There used to be 120+ SBL listings, many of them ROKSO. Now there are 4 (52 for interbusiness.it), a /24, 2 /27's and a /32. Okay, it's still 4 too many but it's also a hell of a lot better than it used to be. If only they would accept munged reports now... Of course, the bad thing is that it took spamhaus and SPEWS to force Verio to do something. -- G.
