1.  You never see the error messages because they're logged to /dev/null.
2.  You can't cut and paste the error messages because they're posted
    to dialog boxes.
3.  You can't find the config file because it's hidden in a maze of
    twisty subdirectories, all alike.
4.  When you do find it, it makes no sense because all the names of
    properties are cryptographically strong 512-bit entities in hex,
    not to mention being buried in a cryptic XML format.
