Debian. You won't be sorry. RH's one-year-to-EOL was the final push that
moved me onto Debian, and I wish I'd done it sooner. Once you find that all
you have to do to keep your system up-to-date is once a day type apt-get
update and apt-get -f upgrade, you'll be hooked. But if that doesn't get
you, knowing that installing any of Debian's 12,000 or so packages is as
simple as typing apt-get install your-package-here, then you'll be hooked for
sure. No muss, no fuss, no dependency hell. apt-get will take care of all
that for you.

Fedora is still beta and not everything works. I think it will also always be
kind of a testbed for things that might go into RH Enterprise*.
You will love Debian. Go for Testing or Unstable; Stable is too conservative
for enjoyable workstation use at this point (should change when current
Testing goes Stable this year).
