I'm deeply ashamed to admit that my wife and I bought a Sony video camera
a few months ago.  Despite my distaste for Sony, their whole line pretty much
stood head and shoulders above the rest, and of course not taping hours and
hours of footage of our daughter was just not an option ;-)
