Thanks all for your input. We just had the sales guy from USEN come over 
and since their service is
quite cheap it seem like a good deal. One thing that made me worry, 
though, is that he wasn't "allowed"
to give details about their connections the the IX's... can't be a good 
sign. He did give me some ping times
to Cogent, the carrier we selected in the states, though, and an average 
of 200ms is something we can
live with, I guess.

For the VPN, Watchguard probably will make the race. I'm sure you'll 
here back from me when it comes
to configure these things ;)
