Haha. Well, users who want that can either use Red Hat, or TurboLinux, 
if they're not bankrupt yet.

It's really just a matter of activating canna or wnn, making a few 
scripts to run programs with LC_ALL=ja_JP.utf-8/eucJP and LANG=en or 
LANG=ja_JP etc. etc., and perhaps including gjiten, kanjidrill etc. It's 
no big deal, and doesn't require its own distro.
