[tlug] Memory Nearly Peaked

Hello all,

Our server is running Redhat 7.x, Kernel 2.4.18, pentium 3 600MHz, 128MB
RAM. Recently, I notice that Physical memory Usage always shows "98%".
So what is the problem? Do I have to install more RAM?
