There's no real problem that I can see. I get similar readings on my
workstation, which also has 128MB; as I understand it, Linux likes to
use whatever memory you give it.

What kind of server is it, though? If it's, say, a print or file server
for your LAN, and you're not noticing any performance problems, my
thought would be to leave it alone. For a public Web or FTP server, you
might want a bit more RAM.
