I didn't intend to change it, but it seems that some people do not read it.
Maybe for example, when someone join the list, the confirmation mail about
subscription, should appear some rules.
The actual confirmation email is:
-----------------------
You have added to the subscriber list of:

        tlug@example.com

the following mail address:

        pietro@example.com

By default, copies of your own submissions will be returned.

This is an automated subscription mechanism. For your verification, a
transcript of the original subscription request is included below.

If the wrong address has been subscribed and you seem to be unable to fix it
yourself, reply to this message now (quoting it entirely (for diagnostic
purposes), and of course adding any comments you see fit).
----------------------------------------

I read all the subscription email the first time I subscrived but I didn't go
to the policy page. I didn't explore all the tlug web when I subscrive for
the first time. I just wanted to read mail, ask questions and find
information. And I think that a lot of people do the same, because at the
begining when someone start in something that he/she likes very much, he/she
wants to acumulate a lot of knowledge and do not wants to spend time to
things that do not appear so important in a first quick view.
